Questions
What people ask first
The agency decides every application. Here is what we can tell you before you start.
Will my application be approved?
The agency decides. If your answers show you do not meet a test, we tell you before you pay us anything. If they do, we make sure your application is complete and consistent before we file it.
What if I am missing a document?
Your application waits until you upload it. We tell you exactly what is missing. There is no time limit on our side, and you do not pay our fee again.
How long is the certificate valid?
Two years if you met a test in the last financial year; three years if you met it in each of the last two.
